Real Estate Sales Manager

Enzo Developers is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager with an established network of real estate brokers and brokerage firms across Dubai. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. You will activate broker relationships, present our developments to qualified buyers and convert opportunities into sales. WHAT YOU WILL DO Build, deepen and activate relationships with leading Dubai brokers and brokerage firms. Keep channel partners fully informed on launches, inventory, pricing, payment plans, offers and project USPs. Lead broker briefings, project presentations, meetings and site visits that generate qualified opportunities. Meet broker-introduced clients, understand their requirements and recommend suitable units and payment options. Present with confidence, handle objections, negotiate effectively and progress each opportunity through to closing. Maintain disciplined follow-up and consistently achieve individual sales and revenue targets. THE PROFILE A strong, active network of real estate brokers and brokerage companies across Dubai. Proven Dubai real estate sales experience, ideally with a property developer. A demonstrable record of generating sales through brokers and channel partners. Strong presentation, relationship-building, negotiation and closing capabilities. Sound knowledge of Dubai's residential and off-plan property market.
