Receptionist cum Sales Lady

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with professionalism. Handle phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media inquiries. Manage documents, deliveries, and courier services. Explain product features, sizing, pricing, and care. Assist customers with fittings and styling advice. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales. Manage website and online store operations. Assist with stock receiving, tagging, and inventory control. Prepare daily sales and cash reports. Support promotional campaigns, photoshoots and marketing activities. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven sales ability with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and drive business growth through effective sales techniques. Knowledge of digital marketing, Instagram advertising, and social media management. Experience managing online stores, including product uploads, inventory updates, and order processing. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Knowledge of fashion, fabrics, sizing, and styling is preferred. Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
