Receptionist Cum Secretary
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner. Manage the front desk, including answering, screening, and directing incoming calls, emails, and inquiries. Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Management and the Head Office. Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Prepare, draft, format, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transportation, and other administrative logistics when required. Maintain an organized filing and document management system, ensuring the confidentiality and accuracy of company records. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document distribution. Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and other administrative inventory, ensuring timely replenishment. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, maintenance, and administrative requirements. Ensure reception and common office areas are well-organized, presentable, and professionally maintained at all times. Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and internal activities. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information and business documents. Coordinate and support company events and corporate activities as required. Perform other administrative and secretarial duties assigned by Management. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field. Minimum of 2–5 years of experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Immediate joiners are preferred.
