Recruitment Specialist

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent across retail stores, corporate functions, warehouse operations, and support departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, and experienced in sourcing candidates in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-employment documentation. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports. Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and hiring events. Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and UAE labor regulations. Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding and employee engagement activities as required. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably within retail - Fashion lifestyle, or home furnishing industries. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and major job portals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Skills Experience recruiting for retail and corporate positions. Knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines. Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting.
