Registered Nurse

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities DOH Registered Nurse (RN) for deployment at a construction site in Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will provide on-site medical support, emergency care, and occupational health services while ensuring a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide first aid and emergency medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses. Assess, stabilize, and manage injured employees before referral to hospitals when required. Monitor workers' health and maintain accurate medical records. Conduct routine health assessments and health awareness activities. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Coordinate emergency response procedures and ambulance services. Maintain first aid equipment, medicines, and medical supplies. Prepare daily medical reports and incident documentation. Support workplace health promotion and preventive healthcare initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile Valid DOH Registered Nurse (RN) License (Mandatory). Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. 2–5 years of nursing experience (Construction Site/Industrial/Occupational Health experience preferred). Strong knowledge of emergency response, trauma care, and first aid. Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Own Visa preferred (Visit Visa candidates may also apply). Immediate joining preferred.
