Reservation Data Analyst

• Reservation Analytics & Reporting Analyze reservation data, booking trends, cancellations, no-shows, and occupancy performance. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation performance reports and dashboards. Monitor key reservation KPIs including conversion rates, booking pace, lead time, occupancy, and revenue contribution. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to reservation performance and customer booking behavior. Support forecasting and demand planning through data modeling and reservation trend analysis. 2. Reservation Systems & Data Management Manage and validate reservation data across internal systems and distribution channels. Support reservation teams with system-related inquiries and troubleshooting. Monitor data accuracy, booking integrations, rates, allotments, and inventory updates. Investigate and resolve reservation data discrepancies to ensure reporting reliability. Collaborate with IT and system providers to improve reservation data quality and processes. 3. Performance Monitoring & Insights Track daily booking performance, room nights, occupancy, pickup trends, and cancellations. Analyze source markets, travel dates, booking windows, and customer booking patterns. Identify anomalies, booking irregularities, and performance gaps. Provide actionable insights to Reservation, Revenue, Yielding, and Commercial teams to optimize sales performance. 4. Coordination & Communication Work closely with Reservation, Revenue, Yielding, Contracting, Commercial, and Customer Service teams. Present reservation insights and recommendations to management. Support strategic decision-making by providing accurate reservation analysis and forecasting data. Assist departments in understanding reservation performance trends and business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related field.Experience 2-3 years of experience in Reservations, Revenue Management, Yielding, Tourism Analytics, or Hotel Operations is a must. Experience working with reservation systems, booking platforms, or tourism-related databases is highly preferred.Languages Strong English communication skills (B2-C1). Additional languages are considered an advantage.Technical Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards, Advanced Formulas). Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence tools. Knowledge of reservation systems, CRS, PMS, or tourism booking platforms. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience with forecasting, occupancy analysis, and booking trend analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office applications. Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
