Resource Mobilization Lead

Qualifications

• Lead resource mobilization activities from demand confirmation through deployment readiness
• Develop and maintain integrated staffing and mobilization plans across multiple workstreams
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition teams to drive sourcing, interviews, offer management, and fulfillment tracking
• Coordinate rebadging, onboarding, access provisioning, equipment readiness, and deployment activities
• Manage mobilization governance, RAID logs, dependencies, escalations, and executive reporting
• Ensure resources are mobilized on time, within approved cost, grade, and location assumptions
• Drive continuous improvement of mobilization processes, reporting, and operational controls
• Ideal Candidate Profile A successful candidate will typically bring: 7+ years of experience in resource management, workforce mobilization, transition management, PMO, staffing, or delivery operations
• Strong stakeholder management skills across delivery, HR, recruitment, and executive leadership
• Experience managing large-scale hiring, onboarding, transition, or transformation programs
• Strong planning, reporting, governance, and problem-solving capabilities
