Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a strong plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion focused on retail or multi-unit environments. Proven ability to navigate complex employee relations issues and de-escalate challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
