Safety Officer ( Walkin - Kochi, Chennai & Mumbai )

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Conduct rigorous site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive safety programs and procedures tailored to project-specific risks across Kochi, Chennai, and Mumbai locations. Investigate all workplace accidents, near misses, and incidents, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Deliver engaging and effective safety training sessions to all personnel, covering topics from emergency response to the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records, including incident reports, inspection logs, and training documentation, for regulatory compliance and internal review. Desired Candidate Profile Eligibility Criteria ✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable ✔ Candidates must be immediate joiners ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible Attached JDs for your reference. Age Criteria: Maximum age limit is 49 years For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience Managerial and SR.
