Sales Account Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Sales Consultant to join our sales team for Tiffany Business Park in the New Administrative Capital. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close sales.·         Promote and sell commercial, administrative, and medical units.·         Handle incoming leads and follow up with potential clients.·         Conduct meetings and property presentations.·         Explain project features, payment plans, and investment opportunities.·         Build and maintain strong client relationships.·         Achieve monthly sales targets.·         Maintain accurate customer records using CRM.·         Coordinate with the sales manager regarding customer requirements and deal progress.
