Sales and Service Consultant – Batteries & Material Handling Equipment

Conduct customer visits to identify sales, service and maintenance opportunities for industrial batteries, chargers and material handling equipment. Support new customer acquisition and maintain relationships with existing customers. Assist with site surveys, product demonstrations and technical discussions. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, enquiries and orders. Coordinate with Sales Engineers and Service Engineers to address customer requirements and resolve concerns. Assist with installation, inspection, maintenance and technical service activities as required. Support annual maintenance agreements, spare parts sales and after-sales services. Maintain accurate customer records, visit reports and sales and service updates. Share customer feedback and market information with management. Follow company quality, health, safety and environmental procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification. Preferably 2–3 years of relevant industry experience in the Gulf region. Experience in industrial batteries, chargers, material handling equipment, automotive, fleet management, technical sales or technical service is an advantage. Practical experience in customer visits, quotations, service coordination or after-sales support is preferred. Valid UAE driving licence for the UAE role or Saudi driving licence for the Saudi Arabia role. Strong customer communication, coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use ERP and CRM systems. Professional written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory and work independently while coordinating with internal teams. Employment Type Full-time
