We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients.You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing high-value deals with companies across different industries. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new B2B leads (corporates, agencies, HR teams)Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makersConduct meetings, presentations, and sales pitchesUnderstand client needs and propose tailored solutionsNegotiate contracts and close dealsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsMaintain accurate pipeline and CRM updatesCollaborate with marketing & operations teams to deliver client expectationsAttend networking events and represent the company professionally Working ConditionsFull-time - Onsite5 working days (Sunday–Thursday) KPIs & Success MetricsMonthly revenue targetsNumber of qualified leads generatedConversion rateClient retention & satisfaction
