Job Overview
Generate and follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, portals & referrals Convert leads into site visits and property sales Understand client budget, location & investment needs Advise clients on projects, ROI, payment plans & developers Conduct property viewings, presentations & virtual tours Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals Stay updated on market trends, new launches & RERA regulations Build and maintain long-term client relationships for referrals Coordinate with developers for booking, SPA, Oqood & DLD transfer Assist clients with documentation and payment follow-ups Update CRM daily with leads, calls, and follow-ups Submit daily/weekly sales reports to Sales Manager Follow RERA compliance and ethical sales practices
Desired Candidate Profile
Fresher or minimum 1 year experience in Dubai Real Estate Bachelor’s Degree English is mandatory, Arabic will be an advantage Employment Type Full-time
