Sales Coordinator NF

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Prepare and send freight quotations for air, sea, and land shipments. Coordinate with pricing, operations, and overseas agents to obtain competitive rates. Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed shipments. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and CRM records. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone. Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution of shipments. Prepare customer presentations, proposals, and contracts. Assist in tender submissions and rate negotiations. Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers. Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with relevant departments. Generate weekly and monthly sales activity reports. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business. Ensure compliance with company policies and freight forwarding regulations Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree or Diploma. 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics, preferably in a sales support role. Knowledge of air freight, sea freight, land transport, customs clearance, and Incoterms. Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
