Sales Engineer Civil

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Outdoor Civil Sales Engineer with strong knowledge of fit-out, civil maintenance, renovation, and project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, attending client meetings, preparing quotations, managing projects, and ensuring successful execution from enquiry to handover. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through outdoor sales, networking, and client visits. Meet consultants, contractors, property management companies, facility management companies, and direct clients. Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, quotations, and technical proposals. Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed projects. Negotiate contracts and close sales. Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and site teams. Plan, supervise, and monitor project execution until completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities. Prepare weekly sales reports and project status updates. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering design, project management, or a related technical sales role. Proven track record of successfully translating technical concepts into compelling sales arguments. Proficiency in relevant civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, structural analysis software).
