Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Sales Engineer Foundations Solutions (Junior Role) Location: Dubai – Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) Industry: Structural Steel / Construction / Rental Division Open Positions: 2 Indian (Male) – 1 Position Arabic (Female) – 1 Position Salary AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and motivated sales engineer to join our Foundations Solutions team based in Dubai (JAFZA). The role will focus on structural steel and construction-related projects, particularly within the rental division. The selected candidate will be responsible for client engagement, project coordination, business development activities, and site visits to support project execution and sales growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants. Identify new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector. Handle client meetings, project discussions, and commercial coordination. Conduct regular project site visits and provide technical support to customers. Coordinate internally with operations and project teams for smooth execution. Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up with clients for closures. Support rental division activities and ensure timely response to customer requirements. Track market trends and competitor activities. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. 5–10 years of relevant sales/business development experience in structural steel, foundations, construction, or related industries. A UAE driving licence is mandatory. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle fieldwork, client interactions, and project coordination independently. Knowledge of rental business operations will be an added advantage. Work Location Dubai – Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) Additional Information Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods will be preferred. Role may require regular travel for client meetings and project site visits across the UAE.
