Sales Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Establish and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing technical expertise on products and services. Prepare and deliver presentations to explain product features and benefits to customers. Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and provide necessary support throughout the sales process. Assist clients in resolving issues with product usage and recommend improvements or upgrades. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to propose new product ideas and enhancements. Provide training and technical information to customers and sales staff to ensure a thorough understanding of products. Desired Candidate Profile Education: A bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, Experience: Previous experience in sales engineering, technical support, or a related field is preferred. Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences are essential.
