Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales & Projects Engineer to join our team in KSA . In this role, you will act as a crucial liaison between our sales team and product development, partnering with clients to understand their needs and demonstrating how our technical solutions can drive their success. Key Responsibilities Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations to key stakeholders and technical committees. Consultative Sales: Manage the technical sales cycle, focusing on high-growth industries across region. Solution Design: Partner with customers to design customized, tailored technical solutions that align with local standards and regulations. Proposal Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to build accurate technical proposals and respond to formal Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Market Insights: Relay regional customer feedback and market trends to the global engineering team to influence product roadmaps. Customer Support: Provide pre-sales technical support, proof-of-concept (PoC) management, and initial post-sale troubleshooting.

Education

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Experience

3 to 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably within the Kuwait market. Language

Skills

• Fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred for client relationship building
• Regional Acumen: Deep understanding of the KSA business landscape, procurement processes, and relevant local compliance standards
• Mobility: Valid Driving License and willingness to travel domestically
• Legal Status: Valid Iqama (transferable preferred)
