Sales Executive - Remote
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Design, configure, and customize CRM solutions based on business needs. Implement and maintain CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot. Configure workflows, automation, dashboards, reports, and security roles. Integrate CRM systems with ERP, websites, APIs, and other third-party applications. Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data validation activities. Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues and provide technical support. Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance. Prepare technical and functional documentation. Train end users and provide post-implementation support. Monitor CRM performance and recommend enhancements. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver CRM projects within agreed timelines Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant CRM certifications are an advantage (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.). Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CRM implementation, configuration, or consulting. Experience with CRM integrations and business process automation. Experience in client-facing consulting and project implementation is preferred.
