Sales Executive - Spare Parts

Responsibilities

• Achieve parts sales target according to plan
• Prioritizes sales activities towards achieving set targets
• Demonstrate the products to customers at the counter, review catalogues and determine customer s needs
• Demonstrate good salesmanship skills by taking all measures to close a sale and ensure customers are satisfied
• Explain to customers the functioning of the equipment
• Negotiate selling price with customers offering discounts as per company s policy and guidelines
• Record and authenticate lost sales, mentioning the reasons and presenting to the Supervisor for review
• Inform the Sales Supervisor of any deviations discovered in the stock, for making parts claim with supplier
• Maintain documentation on special orders from customers and spare parts cannibalized from stock vehicles
• Ensure that the stock in the branch is maintained in the proper place and replenished from time to time
• Assist in inventory control in identifying the slow and dead stocks
• Ensure items as per customers request are supplied

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors Degree or College Diploma in Mechanical / Technical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience within spare parts operations.
