Sales Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Job Title: Sales Executive Role & Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities through outdoor sales activities and client visits. Meet prospective clients and present AK Global’s accounting, tax, audit, ICV, and compliance services. Follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into long-term clients. Conduct cold visits and build relationships with businesses across Abu Dhabi and other UAE locations. Prepare quotations, explain service offerings, and negotiate with clients professionally. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and sales activities in the CRM or reporting system. Coordinate with the operations and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Stay updated on UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, ICV, accounting, and other business compliance services to effectively advise clients. Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication skills at all times. Preferred Qualifications: 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in accounting, tax, banking, insurance, or B2B services). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage (if applicable).
