Sales Executive

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and identify their vehicle requirements through professional consultation. Demonstrate MG vehicles and explain their features, specifications, performance, and benefits. Promote Ali & Sons value-added services, including vehicle registration, insurance, financing options, and after-sales services. Recommend suitable accessories and optional equipment to enhance the customer ownership experience. Achieve individual and dealership sales targets set by management. Prepare accurate quotations and explain vehicle pricing, discounts, financing options, and payment plans. Advise customers on current vehicle availability and upcoming MG models. Coordinate vehicle deliveries with the New Car Storekeeper to ensure a seamless handover process. Work closely with the Customer Relations Representative to facilitate vehicle registration and insurance. Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers to maximize conversion opportunities and build long-term relationships. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English and Arabic are required. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience using CRM systems is an advantage. Good telephone and customer communication skills.
