Sales Executive
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities As a Sales Executive focused on new customer acquisition, you will be the face of Amrut Pure Drinking Water LLC in the field. Your primary goal is to identify, approach, and convert prospects—homes, offices, shops, and labour camps—into long‑term customers of our 5‑gallon water delivery service. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Outreach: Identify high‑potential areas and customer segments. Visit target locations daily (shops, offices, residences, labour camps). Sales Presentations: Clearly explain our water delivery packages, pricing, and value proposition. Demonstrate product samples or dispensers when needed. Lead Management: Collect and record customer details (name, address, contact, consumption needs). Enter leads into CRM or daily sales report sheet. Order Closing & Follow‑Up: Secure first‑time orders and set up delivery schedules. Coordinate with delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding. Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing contact to ensure customer satisfaction. Upsell additional services (coolers, dispenser rentals, coupons). Reporting: Submit daily activity and sales reports to Sales Manager. Share market feedback and competitor insights. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements No prior experience in sales needed; on‑the‑job training provided. Good verbal communication skills in English and any one of Hindi/Urdu/Arabic. Confident, outgoing personality with a “hunter” mindset. Basic smartphone literacy (WhatsApp, Google Maps, simple spreadsheets). Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor fieldwork. Valid UAE driving licence is a plus (but not mandatory).
