Sales Executive

Generate new leads and develop business with contractors, fit-out companies, retail brands, restaurants, offices, developers and other commercial clients. Promote indoor & outdoor signage, shop signage, 3D/channel letters, LED signage, acrylic & metal signage, digital printing, graphics and related solutions. Conduct client meetings and site visits. Understand client requirements and coordinate with Design & Estimation for proposals. Prepare and follow up quotations until order confirmation. Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up enquiries systematically. Negotiate commercial terms within approved company guidelines. Coordinate with Production and Projects teams after order confirmation. Develop relationships with new and existing customers. Follow up payments/collections where required. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain proper CRM/sales reports and submit regular pipeline updates. Desired Candidate Profile 1–4 years of B2B sales experience preferred. Signage / advertising / printing / fit-out industry experience strongly preferred. Good understanding of the UAE market. Strong communication, negotiation and client-development skills. Ability to generate own leads and develop new accounts. UAE driving licence preferred/required depending on company vehicle policy. Target-oriented and capable of independently managing a sales pipeline. Employment Type Full-time
