Sales Executive (Female)

Conduct structured initial consultations to evaluate client backgrounds, financial qualifications, and global mobility or wealth preservation goals. Present and explain government-approved CBI/RBI programs (e.g., Caribbean, Mediterranean, European Golden Visas, Middle East options) and related investment vehicles (real estate, government bonds, donation options).. Navigate complex sales cycles by understanding client needs, addressing objections, and expertly presenting solutions that highlight our unique value proposition. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to localize sales materials and campaigns, ensuring resonance with the Russian business culture. Build and maintain relationships with wealth managers, family offices, tax advisors, and private banks to generate qualified client referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven success in B2B or B2C sales, with a demonstrable track record of exceeding targets. Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken, for effective communication with international clients.
