Sales Executive – HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing

Generate new business leads and identify potential customers. Conduct regular client visits and develop new customer relationships. Promote CALTIQ’s HVAC, electrical, plumbing, MEP and maintenance services. Target facility management companies, property owners, contractors, offices, commercial buildings, shops, villas and other potential clients. Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team for customer requirements. Follow up on quotations, negotiations and sales opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Achieve monthly sales and business development targets. Maintain proper records of leads, customer visits, quotations and follow-ups. Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing or MEP services. Experience in Qatar’s construction, contracting, maintenance or facility-management market. Good English communication and negotiation skills. Arabic/English language skills is advantage. Valid Qatar Driving License is advantage. Strong customer relationship and business development skills. Confident in client meetings and field sales. Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated. Established customer network and proven sales record in Qatar. Employment Type Full-time
