Sales Executive

Promote car care services including PPF, ceramic coating, graphene coating, polishing, and automotive accessories. Handle customer inquiries, explain services, and recommend suitable solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert inquiries into sales. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain customer records and follow up on leads regularly. Support marketing activities and generate new customer leads. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude. Desired Candidate Profile 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or car care industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Strong sales mindset with the ability to achieve targets and convert leads into sales. Knowledge of automotive services such as PPF, ceramic coating, polishing, and car accessories is an advantage. Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality. Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
