Sales Executive (Outdoor)

Identify and develop new customers in industries such as construction, manufacturing, transportation, marine, and heavy equipment. Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to customers and prospects. Promote and sell machinery spare parts and related products. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on inquiries. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Coordinate with the procurement and operations teams regarding product availability and delivery schedules. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Maintain accurate records of customer visits and sales activities. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in machinery spare parts, industrial products, automotive parts, or related sectors. Strong knowledge of machinery components, bearing, belts, filters, hydraulic parts, engine parts, or industrial spare parts is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a strong sale and customer-service mindset. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Valid Driving License (required). Knowledge of the local industrial market is preferred.
