About the RoleBeaujardin Venues is looking for a motivated Venue Sales Executive to join our team in Sheikh Zayed. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, conducting venue tours, presenting venue packages, preparing quotations, maintaining CRM records, and converting qualified leads into confirmed bookings while delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming client inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.Follow up with leads promptly to maximize conversion opportunities.Conduct professional venue tours and present available venues and packages.Understand clients' requirements and recommend the most suitable venue and services.Prepare quotations and negotiate offers until booking confirmation.Update the CRM accurately after every client interaction.Maintain clear records of lead status, follow-up activities, next actions, and lost reasons.Upsell additional services including catering, decoration, photography, entertainment, and other event services.Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.Prepare regular sales reports and provide market and customer feedback to management.
