Sales Manager -Egypt

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand BOPP/BOPET film sales in Egypt. Identify and acquire new customers, including flexible packaging manufacturers, printing companies, laminators, and packaging converters. Manage existing customer relationships and develop long-term business partnerships. Promote Indian-manufactured BOPP/BOPET film products in the Egyptian market. Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Understand customer requirements regarding film specifications, thickness, grades, and applications. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Coordinate with the India head office and Egypt warehouse team for stock availability and timely deliveries. Prepare sales forecasts, customer reports, and regular sales updates. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is an advantage. 5–7 years of relevant experience in film sales or industrial B2B sales. Previous experience in BOPP, BOPET, polyester films, or flexible packaging is preferred. Candidates with printing inks or packaging materials sales experience may also be considered. Strong knowledge of the Egyptian packaging and printing industry. Established customer relationships with packaging converters, printers, and manufacturers. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
