Sales Manager- Secondary Real Estate

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of real estate professionals while driving sales growth in Dubai's dynamic secondary property market. You will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate consultants. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and drive team performance. Identify opportunities within Dubai's Secondary Real Estate market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developer partners. Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales initiatives with company goals. Analyze market trends and sales data to identify growth opportunities. Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews. Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey. Maintain accurate reporting using CRM systems and sales tools. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Dubai's Real Estate industry. Strong knowledge of the Dubai Secondary Real Estate market. Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing sales teams. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. RERA certification or other relevant real estate certifications is an advantage. Fluency in English, Arabic or additional languages are a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
