Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional activities

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role (minimum 5 years)
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and develop strategic action plans
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; French is a plus
