Sales Manager

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. Identify and develop corporate, government, travel agency, tour operator, and group business. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct sales visits, presentations, negotiations, and client follow-ups. Promote accommodation, events, conferences, leisure packages, and other resort facilities. Prepare corporate agreements, proposals, and special packages. Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and business opportunities. Coordinate closely with Reservations, Front Office, Events, F&B, and Marketing teams. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, pipelines, and periodic performance reports. Represent the resort at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions when required.
