Proactively engage with walk-in prospects and tour potential members around the facility, highlighting key amenities and programs. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand individual fitness goals and tailor membership solutions accordingly. Effectively present and sell various membership packages, add-on services, and personal training options. Achieve and consistently exceed monthly membership sales targets through strategic selling and follow-up.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the fitness or health club industry. High school diploma or equivalent; a certification in fitness or sales is a plus. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a performance-driven environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills to connect with diverse clientele.
