Sales Officer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities by calling, networking, and attending industry trade shows. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share. Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the best LED solutions (indoor vs. outdoor, pixel pitch, and resolution) based on the client's goals and budget. Project Oversight: Act as the liaison between the client, installation team, and production staff to ensure screens are delivered and mounted properly. Deal Negotiation: Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and overcome technical or budgetary objections to close sales. Relationship Management: Maintain post-sale relationships for upselling, renewals, or servicing, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile Led Display Screens Sales Experience (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is essential for understanding market dynamics. A minimum of 2 year of direct sales experience in a relevant industry, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Experience in B2B and B2C sales environments, showcasing adeptness in handling complex sales cycles and negotiations.
