Sales Supervisor - Carpentry

Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed carpentry product sales targets, fostering a high-performance culture. Develop and implement effective sales strategies specifically for carpentry materials and services, identifying new market opportunities. Conduct regular product training sessions for the sales team, ensuring deep knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and applications. Manage customer relationships, providing expert advice on carpentry projects and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

5+ years of proven experience in interior joinery and carpentry work. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior fit-out, joinery works, and the ability to read and manage design drawings effectively. Sales & Estimations: Capable of visiting clients independently, understanding their requirements, and preparing accurate project quotations.

Skills

• Excellent team supervision, project management, and communication skills
• Languages: English and Hindi are required (Arabic an advantage)
• Nationality: Indian nationals preferred
• License: A valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage
