Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & OperationsSupervise daily routes: Oversee van sales representatives, route delivery drivers, and merchandisers.Conduct field visits: Perform 15–20 daily retail and outlet quality checks.Enforce fleet hygiene: Verify delivery vehicles are clean, sanitized, and operating at correct freezing temperatures. Market Development & Account ManagementExpand market reach: Secure new product placements in traditional and modern trade outlets.Manage buyer relationships: Partner with purchasing managers at Kiosks', supermarkets, Retail Outlets.Drive range selling: Push the full product catalog—including premium tubs, sticks, and bulk options—to maximize order value. Sales Operations & LogisticsMonitor cold-chain compliance: Ensure point-of-sale freezers are operational, clean, and exclusively stocked with company products.Coordinate stock freshing: Liaise with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts and guarantee inventory freshness.Manage cash and credit: Oversee payment collections, register balances, and credit limits for retail accounts.
