Sales Supervisor (HORECA)

Lead and supervise the HORECA sales team to achieve company sales and revenue targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share across the UAE. Build and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA accounts and decision-makers. Identify new business opportunities and secure high-value customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to maximize business opportunities. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business development strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of proven UAE HORECA sales experience. Exceptional knowledge of the UAE HORECA market with an established network of key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, QSRs, and food service distributors. Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong experience in business development, key account management, and territory expansion. Ability to identify new market opportunities and convert them into long-term business partnerships. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and manage a sales team to deliver outstanding results. Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing, negotiations, contracts, and profitability. In-depth knowledge of the UAE food & beverage industry, market trends, and competitor activities. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a highly competitive market. Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. Employment Type Full-time
