Sales Support Executive
Job Overview
The Sales Support Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and coordination support to the sales team. The role ensures smooth processing of inquiries, accurate documentation, timely communication with internal and external stakeholders, and efficient follow‑up on all sales‑related activities. Key Responsibilities Quotation Preparation — Assist the sales team in preparing, formatting, and issuing quotations, ensuring compliance with company pricing policies and standard terms & conditions. Customer Coordination — Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, documentation requirements, and follow‑ups. Order Processing — Support the end‑to‑end processing of confirmed orders, including system entry, verification, and coordination with operations and logistics. Documentation Handling — Manage sales-related documents such as BL copies, DO requests, KYC, contracts, and internal approval forms. Internal Communication — Coordinate with logistics, finance, operations, and documentation teams to ensure timely completion of all sales requirements. Sales Reporting — Prepare daily dashboards, weekly reports, and status updates for management review. Follow‑ups & Escalations — Track pending items, escalate delays, and ensure timely closure of customer and internal requests. System Updates — Maintain accurate and updated records of inquiries, quotations, orders, and customer interactions. Compliance Support — Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and documentation standards.

Communication Skills — Strong written and verbal communication with a professional business tone. Attention to Detail — High accuracy in documentation and data entry. Time Management — Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Customer Service — Proactive and responsive approach to customer needs. Technical Skills — Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and internal sales platforms. Team Collaboration — Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams. Employment Type Full-time
