About the Role at 51Talk:We are seeking a high-energy, target-driven sales team leader to join our Maadi office. This is a "player-Coach" role designed for a leader who leads by example. You will be responsible for hitting your own sales targets while building and mentoring a team of outbound sales representatives to achieve excellence.Unique Career Path (Probation Period):To ensure you master our product and sales cycle, the first month will serve as a probation period where you will operate as a senior sales representative. Upon successful completion of the first month and meeting your targets, you will officially transition into the Team Leader role, and we will begin hiring a dedicated team of CC agents for you to manage.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our English learning services.Consistently meet individual sales targets during the probation phase and overall team targets thereafter.Understand customer needs and provide appropriate course recommendations.Coach and develop the team on effective sales techniques, closing skills, and customer engagement.Oversee lead distribution, ensure timely follow-ups, and manage your own assigned leads.Ensure accurate daily record-keeping in the CRM and monitor team call quality to maintain an excellent customer experience.
