Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and small-to-medium project components within agreed timelines. Work on integration touchpoints between Salesforce and external platforms (APIs, middleware). Implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation to support business functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Assist in improving system performance and user experience through targeted optimizations. Provide documentation for configurations, developments, and enhancements delivered during the contract. Support knowledge transfer to internal teams to ensure continuity post-engagement. Desired Candidate Profile 6 -8 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer. Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components. Proven experience working on Salesforce enhancements and project-based deliveries. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs/middleware. Strong problem-solving skills with a delivery-oriented mindset. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
