SAP Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead and manage the company’s SAP Business One environment, IT infrastructure, systems, networks, security, and business applications. Manage SAP Business One implementation, customization, upgrades, integrations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of SAP Business One modules covering Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, MRP, and Reporting. Translate business requirements from Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, and Production into effective SAP Business One solutions. Manage SAP Business One add-ons, APIs, integrations, Crystal Reports, dashboards, and third-party applications. Ensure proper master data management, user authorization, approval workflows, system controls, and transactional accuracy. Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, reporting enhancement, and digital transformation across the business. Support and optimize key FMCG processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Production Planning, MRP, and Finance. Lead IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi, backups, cloud services, and disaster recovery. Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, endpoint security, and user access controls. Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, backup procedures, access controls, and IT governance standards. Manage laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, CCTV, IP telephony, and other IT assets. Manage SAP vendors, implementation partners, consultants, software providers, and IT service providers. Lead the internal IT team and ensure timely resolution of business-critical SAP and IT issues. Maintain high system availability and minimize operational downtime. Develop IT/SAP policies, SOPs, documentation, business continuity plans, and disaster recovery procedures. Prepare IT budgets, CAPEX/OPEX requirements, license planning, technology roadmaps, and management reports. Work closely with senior management to improve operational efficiency through SAP Business One, automation, and technology. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 7+ years of SAP/IT experience, preferably with managerial responsibility. Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business One is mandatory. Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, manufacturing, distribution, or similar industries is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of SAP Business One processes across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, and MRP. Experience with SAP Business One integrations, add-ons, Crystal Reports, SQL/HANA, APIs, and reporting tools will be highly preferred. Strong understanding of FMCG operational processes and system requirements. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and Microsoft environments. Experience managing SAP projects, vendors, budgets, licenses, contracts, and implementation partners. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment and manage business-critical systems effectively. UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.
