Secretary Cum Receptionist
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Secretary cum Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, providing administrative support, handling customer inquiries, and preparing quotations. Candidates with experience in engineering companies or a technical background will be given preference. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. Prepare, review, and follow up on customer quotations and proposals. Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams to obtain technical and pricing information for quotations. Maintain customer records, files, and office documentation. Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars. Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents. Handle office supplies, filing, and general administrative tasks. Support management with day-to-day office operations. Maintain confidentiality of company information. Requirements Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Engineering background or experience in an engineering company is preferred. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Secretary, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant. Experience in preparing quotations, tenders, and commercial documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. Experience with ERP or accounting software is an added advantage.
