Security Supervisor
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Supervise the daily security operations to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, company assets, and facilities. Prepare security duty rosters, manage shift schedules, and supervise the performance of security guards. Monitor CCTV systems, conduct routine patrols, and ensure restricted areas remain secure. Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, fire alarms, medical situations, and other safety-related events. Prepare incident reports, investigation reports, and other security documentation, and maintain accurate security records. Coordinate visitor access, contractor entry, and security arrangements for company events and special activities. Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify security vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures. Ensure compliance with company security policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Coordinate with government authorities, emergency services, and internal departments on security-related matters when required. Maintain records of security equipment, keys, and access control systems, and coordinate procurement or replacement when necessary. Train, coach, and evaluate security personnel to ensure high standards of performance and professionalism. Investigate security breaches, policy violations, and non-compliance, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen security operations and ensure a safe working environment. Perform any other duties assigned by the Administration Manager. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Security Management, Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or large corporate environment is preferred. Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control systems, emergency response procedures, and security operations. Experience supervising and managing security personnel and coordinating shift schedules. Familiarity with UAE security regulations and health and safety requirements is an advantage.
