Senior AC Technician

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems across residential and commercial properties. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair AC and HVAC system faults, including Split AC, Ducted Systems, VRF/VRV, FCU, AHU, and Chilled Water Systems. Carry out scheduled PPM activities to ensure HVAC equipment operates efficiently and reliably. Conduct inspection, testing, and servicing of HVAC equipment and related components. Ensure all HVAC maintenance works are completed according to safety standards, quality requirements, and client specifications. Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and job completion reports. Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and facility management teams regarding maintenance activities and technical issues. Guide and support junior technicians in troubleshooting, repair works, and safe working practices. Monitor tools, equipment, and spare parts required for daily HVAC operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE procedures, and site regulations.
