Senior Account Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to own erad's top-up book end to end - from qualifying through disbursement - while leading retention on flagged accounts. You'll run a portfolio against a revenue and retention target and help shape erad's next cross-sell initiative. What You'll Do: Develop and maintain a lightweight customer tiering model based on established policies and data. Schedule and conduct tiered check-ins with clients, adhering to the cadence assigned to each tier. Manage CSAT/NPS surveys following each completed top-up and accurately log all responses. Manage the early-warning list for client retention and route flagged accounts to the retention offer checklist for follow-up. Support the entire lifecycle of top-ups, including qualification, outreach, structuring, and disbursement. Ensure top-up and retention reporting numbers are consistently current and accurate. Promptly escalate at-risk accounts and identify unusual patterns in client behavior.

Desired Candidate Profile

Who We're Looking For: Education/Certifications: Bachelor s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

5+ years of experience in account management or customer-facing roles.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and working with structured data
• Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English
• Familiarity: Experience with CRM or other account management tools is a plus
