Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Monitor general ledger accuracy and accounting compliance
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
• Support preparation of financial statements and audit schedules
• Coordinate with tax advisors and support tax filing requirements
• Review intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Assist in implementation and enhancement of internal controls
• Support budgeting and reporting requirements when needed
• Ensure proper accounting documentation and audit readiness
• Participate in process improvement initiatives across finance operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 6 9 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Experience in oil & gas, EPC, contracting, or multi-entity operational businesses is preferred
• Good understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and audit requirements
• Experience in preparing financial statements, schedules, and variance analysis
• Knowledge of tax requirements and coordination with external auditors/advisors
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure

Desired Candidate Profile
