Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Analyst I Software Engineering to develop, enhance, and support software applications. The role involves translating business requirements into reliable technical solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. Analyse requirements and contribute to technical designs and effort estimates. Troubleshoot application issues and implement effective resolutions. Conduct code reviews and follow coding, security, and quality standards. Maintain technical documentation and support application releases. Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other engineers to deliver agreed outcomes. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Typically 3 5 years of relevant software development experience. Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript. Experience with databases, APIs, version control, and Agile development. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
