Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role & responsibilities Alfalogic recruits Senior Application Developer with 7+ years of experience on .Net + Sharepoint + Power Apps and who can join in short notice for the project in Dubai UAE Position/Role: Senior Application Developer / Business Solutions Developer Job Description: Position Summary The Senior Application Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications, business process automation, and system integrations across the organization. The role will focus on Microsoft and custom development technologies, including .NET Core, C#, Java, Power Platform, SharePoint while supporting automotive business operations. Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in Spare Parts, and Dealer Management Systems (DMS), is an advantage. Key Responsibilities Application Development Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, and Java technologies. Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., AJAX, jQuery, React, Angular, or Vue.js) Experience with APIs, web services (REST / SOAP/ WCF), JSON, XML and integrations Develop custom solutions to support automotive business functions including Spare Parts, Service, Sales, and Finance operations. Perform application enhancements, bug fixes, and performance tuning. Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and coding standards. Power Platform Development Develop and maintain business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps). Create automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate. Develop low-code solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes. Integrate Power Platform solutions with DMS, ERP, SharePoint, and third-party applications. SharePoint Development & Administration Design and maintain SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, forms, and workflows. Develop document management and collaboration solutions. Manage permissions, security, and governance within SharePoint environments. Support digitalization and paperless initiatives. System Integration, Business Analysis & Process Improvement Develop and maintain APIs and middleware solutions. Integrate Dealer Management Systems (DMS), ERP systems, CRM solutions, OEM portals, and third-party applications. Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues. Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities. Recommend and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and customer service. Support & Maintenance Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support. Monitor application performance and ensure system availability. Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories. Project Delivery Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Support implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards. Preferred Automotive Experience Minimum 35 years of experience in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of Spare Parts operations, including: Parts inventory management Parts ordering and replenishment Stock control and warehouse operations Parts pricing and supersession Parts sales and invoicing OEM parts processes and reporting Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) such as: Keyloop Autoline Oracle Automotive solutions CDK Global Reynolds & Reynolds Similar automotive platforms Knowledge of Aftersales, Service, Warranty, and Vehicle Sales processes is an advantage. Experience in enterprise application development and support. Desired Candidate Profile 7+ years of experience on .Net + Sharepoint + Power Apps. Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in Spare Parts, and Dealer Management Systems (DMS), is an advantage. Minimum 35 years of experience in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of Spare Parts operations, including: Parts inventory management, Parts ordering and replenishment, Stock control and warehouse operations, Parts pricing and supersession, Parts sales and invoicing, OEM parts processes and reporting. Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) such as: Keyloop Autoline, Oracle Automotive solutions, CDK Global, Reynolds & Reynolds, Similar automotive platforms. Knowledge of Aftersales, Service, Warranty, and Vehicle Sales processes is an advantage. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
