Dubai (OnSite) Budget: Open Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee BASE24-eps application design, development, and deployment . Drive environment readiness and stability during ST, SIT, and UAT phases. Review, validate, and execute install plans , including environment rebuilds and upgrades. Provide technical leadership to internal teams and ensure effective customer engagement. Manage critical incident resolution , root cause analysis, and preventive measures. Ensure compliance with change and release management processes . Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Essential Skills In-depth expertise in ATM & POS functionality , Transaction Switching , and EMV standards . Strong knowledge of BASE24-eps source code , application debugging , and problem resolution . Advanced proficiency in C++ , Unix , and Tandem systems . Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for BASE24-eps ATM, POS, and Schemes. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good-to-Have Skills Proven experience in end-to-end project implementation in banking or processor environments using BASE24-eps. Familiarity with transaction testing tools (e.g., Asset) and Azure systems . Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and source code version control tools . Experience in code deployment and environment management across ST, SIT, and UAT.
